In accordance with House Bill 4224 (89th Regular Session) and Section 181.105 of the Texas Health and Safety Code, Texas-licensed behavioral health providers are required to make the following consumer information publicly available.​

CONSUMER RIGHTS
Consumers have the right to:

Request access to their own health care records
To request health care records, submit a request via email to your therapist.
Requests are processed in accordance with applicable state and federal law. Fees may apply as permitted by law.
