About Jen Eversdyk, LPC
Jen is warm, welcoming, and insightful, with a clear, teachable vision for relational health. Her work focuses on teaching, coaching, and guiding couples through repair and healing. She also supports individual adults seeking healthier relationships. If you’re struggling with connection—whether with a partner, friend, or family member—Jen is here to help. She understands that when we feel disconnected, it can make maintaining friendships and meeting new people challenging. Jen’s goal is to help you understand the sources of your pain and to provide support, compassion, and tools that invite healing and lasting change.
Jen knows firsthand the deep pain of isolation and toxic relationships. Years ago, she found herself in a series of unhealthy relationships that left her feeling as if she’d hit “relational rock bottom.” At the time, she struggled to trust herself and others. Eventually, she began seeing a therapist who helped her tend to wounds of uncertainty, self-doubt, and disconnection. Through this experience, Jen gained the self-knowledge and self-compassion that allowed her to heal, reconnect with herself, and feel whole again.
This journey inspired Jen to dedicate her life to helping others build relational health. Her passion lies in guiding people to understand what may be standing in the way of a healthy, fulfilling, and lasting relationship. Jen believes that the journey to relational health begins with your relationship with yourself. By learning to approach yourself with compassion, you can show up more fully and authentically in your relationships. Connecting with yourself provides the foundation for building and sustaining relational health with romantic partners, friends, family, and community. This emphasis on self-understanding as the cornerstone of relational well-being is at the heart of Jen’s approach with both individuals and couples.
When she’s not helping others, Jen loves diving into neuroscience books, enjoying feel-good podcasts, working on puzzles, or rewatching The Office. She enjoys traveling and exploring new places with her husband, Cliff, and they love hiking the greenbelt with their four-legged companion, Baloo. Spending time with friends and family is also a meaningful part of her life.
