About David Nathan Evans, LPC

As an Adlerian therapist, I’ll work collaboratively with you to help you understand the deeper patterns shaping your thoughts, emotions, and relationships. Rooted in the principles of Alfred Adler’s holistic psychology, my approach focuses on fostering encouragement, belonging, and personal meaning rather than simply treating symptoms.

In our sessions, we’ll explore your unique life story, early experiences, and goals to uncover the beliefs that guide your current behaviors. Together, we’ll identify ways to capitalize on your strengths and build greater self-awareness, stronger relationships, and a more fulfilling sense of purpose.

I specialize in working with adults, older adolescents, and couples dealing with issues such as anxiety, depression, family of origin issues, grief, relationship issues, or low self-esteem. I am experienced in working with LGBTQ+ clients and sensitive to how my client’s diverse identities intersect, impacting your life experiences and what may come up in therapy. I emphasize the importance of social connection and courage in confronting life’s challenges. Whatever struggles you face, I offer a compassionate, collaborative space where growth and change are possible.

If you’re seeking individual counseling, couples therapy, or personal development coaching that values authenticity and personal empowerment, Adlerian therapy may be the right fit for you. Let’s work together to create the clarity and confidence you need to move forward.
